Ads don’t work
I used to really like this game but every time I get an ad I can’t click out of it and then I loose my progress in the game. It is so frustrating and makes me not wanna play anymore and I have been playing for almost 5 years now. Please fix this it is getting ridiculous.

I loved this game when I first started using it but now when I opt to watch an ad to receive a bonus or discount, it takes me to a Royal Kingdom ad that I can’t ‘X’ out of. It just stays stuck in the ad resulting in having to close the game and reopen. Once I reopen I list bonus, discounts and sometimes the coins that I just earned. Super frustrating and a rip off. Yes I have reached out to tech support several times only to receive links to information that never address this issue.

Enjoyable game ruined
Great game but the ads drive you bonkers, especially as there are now ads that are impossible to close so you have to close the whole app down. Please fix this. The ads are too long and too frequent.
Update ruined it. Every update makes it worse.
Update is horrible I used to love this game but now instead of letting me play it will FORCE ME TO CLICK where it wants me to go to do all the stupid side quests I’m not interested in. There no option to skip or not go where the app wants. It took me 2 mins of clicking the random tour to be allowed to play a game and then it now puts a stupid arrow showing you the next card you should click. The whole point to to play solitaire ON YOUR OWN. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out 7 goes after 6. It’s was a good time buffer game and now it’s so overstimulating and wants to dictate how you play. Terrible. Downloaded this app on two devices years ago. Forgot about it when life got busy and rediscovered it. Played it a couple days ago and loved it again, ignored the request to update. Today I updated tried playing it twice and after all that run around to play it I deleted it.

Done with this game
After playing this game for years and spending way too much money I have just deleted this game! It’s not fun to play anymore! The ads are ANNOYING! I have fun other games that are fun to play with no ads and not a money grab!

The ads in this game will take over what you are listening to 75% of the time and a number of them do not let you mute. Terrible design
What is going on with this game!
I have been playing this game for years and all of a sudden today you have to watch an ad to go onto the next level! If you happen to win 5 or 10 minute extra cards or some other extra prize you lose half the time watching ads! I am about ready to delete this game !

Suddenly went back to level 1 🤬
Been playing this game for years. Was somewhere between levels 13,000 and 14,000and all of a sudden today, it reverted back to level 1. NOT COOL!

Es ist ein Spiel, das ich sehr gerne spiele - schon seit Jahren. Die Graphiken sind sehr schön mit. Vor weit über einem Jahr allerdings wurden die Updates eingestellt, das Spiel wird nicht weiterentwickelt. Auch der Support ist nicht mehr erreichbar. Das Spiel wurde leider sich selbst überlassen als Dauerläufer in der Hoffnung, möglichst viele App-In-Käufe zu machen, ohne daß das Spiel weiterentwickelt wird.
Was langsam sehr nervig sind, sind die sich abwechselnden Zwischen- bzw. Zusatzspiele. Seit Einstellung der Updates eine Endlosschleife, deren Spannung ausgelutscht ist. Früher gab es mehr Abwechslung, die heute fehlt.
Ein totales No-Go sind die ewigen Werbeun-terbrechungen, die sich gefragt - oder ungefragt einschalten. Manchmal will man eine Dreingabe haben und ist dafür bereit, sich 1 Werbung anzusehen. Es wird ja auch nur!!! 1 Werbung versprochen. Doch dann schalten sich automatisch zwei, drei Folge-Werbungen ein. Oft sehr lästig, wenn man gefühlt fünf Minuten in so einer Schleife festhängt. Auch stürzt das Programm oft nach der Werbung ab oder ist eingefroren. Besonders ärgerlich, wenn man eine hohe Belohnung erspielt hat und durch den Absturz nicht erhält. Kontakt zum Suport? Nicht möglich. Ein Computerhinweis erklärt, daß man sich die Bedienungsanleitung zu Hilfe ziehen möchte.

Love it. Hate it.
I love this game and helps pass the time. It’s it wonderful when it works properly. However every so often there are some very aggravating glitches. For example, currently over the past week, there has been no way to exit adds. Only way to do so is to completely exit out of app. …. Which in turn, I lose the progress and money I have earned through that level. I’m so frustrated I am about to delete this app entirely and find another app to play on.

Ad bombardment
It’s a shame that the graphics are so beautiful but the game literally throws ads at you non stop. I get watching ads for rewards or to bail you out of failing a level, but winning a level and still getting an ad just kills any enjoying of winning. I removed the app from my phone after precisely such an instance.

Support and help don’t work.
Both support and help lock the screen when you attempt to send your info. The Apple Music ad locks the screen and puts you in a circle with your browser that you can only escape by exiting the game! Greed is ruining what used to be an enjoyable game to play!
