They stress me out

They say I lost a game that was a tie but I was 4 seconds faster & I closed out first. They have a friend banned in chat because he wrote what they consider an iffy word. Now I’m locked out of my account because they say they can’t verify my info. I paid for a tournament I’m now locked out of. I’m really mad.
