This game used to be great but ever since they came out with their new Solitaire app this game has gone seriously downhill! The tournament cup disappears and reappears the promotional prizes appear and disappear and it’s almost impossible to win a game. They really don’t want you playing this game anymore. They want you to use the new app and so this one is just now a dud. You can write to the customer support over and over and you’ll never get a response.

Same. Easy to deposit money and play. The game doesn’t cheat as much as others. But, once you go to withdraw they give you the runaround. Support is a joke. this game is a scam! And should be sued
Impossible to Win
I used to love playing this game and would get an occasional win just to be able to keep playing - at least every 5-6 games or so. I’m not sure what’s changed in the past 3 months since I last played, but they’ve made it close to impossible to win a hand - even in the rounds where you don’t use money.

***Read which States you can play in before loading money onto game***
Downloaded the app and made an account. Did not read which States you’re able to play in since it was okay for me to play a different solitaire game with cash. Loaded $15 into account and wasn’t able to play because of my location. Messaged their in app support about the possibility of a refund. I never received a reply to my message but my account was banned. Did not receive a refund.
Just be careful not to load money until reading this games fine print.

Scam-you can only win back the money you deposit
I’ve been playing this game for several months and probably deposited a little over $200. Finally got on a good winning streak and cashed out they sent me back all my deposits I guess in the form of refunds. Still have about $127 that I’ve won from the game, but they cannot put it into my account. They don’t do PayPal or or Cash App they strictly just give you your money back either on your credit card or your debit card however you Scam, scam, scam.

Don’t deposit
I deposited a small amount and was then asked for my location. After entering my info, I can’t play the cash games or withdraw the money due to my location. I reached out to support and never heard back. It was small amount so I’m not sure it’s worth the hassle to argue the amount.

Withdrawal Delays
I was able to successfully withdraw smaller amounts, but my recent withdrawal has now been stuck in processing for over a month. Support acknowledged it but has not provided any meaningful update since. Hoping this can be resolved soon.

Company is in China. I tried to withdraw winnings but they claimed there was a problem verifying my ID .. I sent photos of DL and a selfie … Instead of getting my $, they held my funds and reset my available cash for withdrawal to zero.. I have no recourse as Im having to deal with a bot in CHINA! T H I E V E S!!!!

SAME PROBLEM
I have over $100 to withdraw and no games pending, but the app will not allow me to withdraw. Says I have pending games which I don’t. Customer service is nonexistent. Don’t know what else I can do now.

This game doesn’t even hide the fact it’s screwing you. The algorithms are most frequently set that there is no randomness because the decks are stacked, and it will separate you from your money.
This game brutally bends you over and then congratulates you when you get a 9 cent return on your $7 bet.
Don’t you even be going into this app with the silly notion you’re going to make some money. The only way you will leave with a small fortune is to play a large fortune.

Sad but true
Played the game for a bit for free w/bonus money I won when I first downloaded the game, was fun
& thought it was good.
But when I deposited
a tiny bit of money to continue to play the game, it then told me i had to sign in & was unable to make an account to keep my money safe (that they now have) because my device exceeds the limit.. (or is over limit for the solitary games, that I have signed out of and deleted accounts/games due to poor app/scams, so not sure why they would take money first, and then make me sign in after depositing to protect), and then have NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM regarding the issue! Plus after that notification comes up, there is no other way to go back or get to the home button, NOTHING! Seriously don’t do it!
Once you deposit money, it’ll be gone if you possibly play other solitaire/bingo games!! Can’t even sign in w/my account that I’ve used!! But hey, maybe you can have some hope to get $ back if you have more time to call all over the country for a phone number/email that most likely doesn’t exist, good luck!
