Frustrated
I have been playing the same game and can’t win. I probably have played the game close to 100 times today.Why? I think you are trying to get me to purchase something to help me. I cant afford to purchase anything. I had to stop playing a few years because I was spending too much $$.
Now i have to stop again cause this is very frustrating. Good bye.

Must change my glowing 5 star review to 1 star…
While I still love this version of solitaire after 10 faithful years of daily game play, I regrettably must say goodbye. The nice folks who created this game have become unbelievably greedy. I have reduced play time and faithfully collect the daily reward but I can no longer justify the hundreds I’ve spent over the years. I’m terribly disappointed. Do the developers need to earn $$$ for their effort and hard work, of course. Honestly, the jump in cost went from reasonable to not sustainable.

Solitaire dreams
Well this was my favorite game. This last updated the cost of everything is ridiculous. Hopefully everyone else feels the same.

We kept our prices low for much longer than most games, but rising costs meant we eventually had to bring things in line. I understand the change feels big, and I appreciate you sharing your thoughts.
Go back to the way it was.
I loved this game with the puzzles before you changed it. Not near as much fun now.

Why did you do this? I loved the old version so much more. I have 0% interest in having to build a city to continue playing levels! I had favorites earlier levels that I would play to just “zen” out and now you no longer have access to anything but the next level. Such a beautiful game, now sadly like all the other money grabs. So sad.

The new platform isn’t as fun. I liked being able to replay the games and chapters. The fantasy island is fun, rewards are cool.
Ruined by recent update with silly island feature
Update 2 days later, with reply to dev. Thank you so much for your rapid reply. It’s so nice and refreshing to see a dev respond like this and take action, which is very appreciated. I miss being able to play daily but will patiently wait a couple of weeks for your new version as this must be one of my oldest and most used apps, and I will then delete my review.
Update 2 days after my review below. Either this app has become unplayable or there’s a serious bug. Up until this new version, I had completed all chapters. As I said, it told me I needed 67 of the new roses to play the newest chapter. After a minor app update, the number of needed roses then suddenly changed to 247 and having to wait a day or two. I then used some of the new diamonds to get more than 247 roses and waited 2 days. Having then been "awarded" all the roses, I'm then told I need 247 roses AGAIN!!! At this rate, I'll never be able to play a new chapter, no matter what method I use to get more of these roses for this silly island. This isn’t Solitaire Dreams, it’s now become Solitaire Nightmare. Previous update: I've been playing this daily for years since it first came out as a paid game. As a card game, it’s brilliant and very addictive. But.. this recent update with its new feature of having to decorate an island with bushes and gazebos, etc, in order to move onto the next chapter has ruined it for me. This is meant to be a solitaire card game, not a silly childish "build an island" game! If the silly island thing was an option like the old jigsaw was, that would be one thing, but forcing you to do it in order to move on is ridiculous. It’s not that I might not have the coins to create the stuff on the island, it’s that I'm not in the least bit interested in wasting time and fiddling about with adding stuff to this island in order to move on to the next card chapter when I didn’t have to before. To add insult to injury, it initially told me I need 67 of the new "roses" (for the island) to move on to the new chapter but it suddenly jumped to 250 for no reason, and I had to wait 16 hours before I could even add something to the island, after the latest update with the new chapter 65 (25 February '25). In other words, I can’t play at all for 16 hrs even if I wanted to! After years of playing this game, and enjoying the extra card games (events) that came along every so often (at least one of which has also been ruined as you cannot possibly win each table first time), I fear this may now be the end of my playing it.

I loved playing solitaire dreams until the new download and now I can’t stand playing it so unless it goes back to something similar to the old version I won’t be playing it anymore

Why?
Why? Why did you ruin this game. I am a very long time player. I am on table number 5100. Why do I now have to build a city to keep playing. All I want to do is play my card game. I am very disappointed that you did this. Is there a why to continue playing just the solitaire game and not build a city? Please bring back the old simple game.

Fun-but new update not so much
The update took away my fun of earning puzzle pieces, and trophies. Daily rewards aren’t as fun, bring back some of the old features it was a better and more relaxing.

Hate the new update, please change it back
I really love this game, but I hate the new update. I liked being able to go back to old levels and collect all the stars I missed the first time. I liked going back to collect puzzle pieces. I liked each cluster of levels having their own challenges. I do not at all care for the island or whatever it is; there are a million other games on the App Store with that feature and it's so overdone. I miss the old version. Please, please, change it back.

Awesome solitaire
Highly recommend this game. A unique game is a wonderful change from the regular solitaire game. Kudos to the people that made this game. Thank you
Too repetitive with all the challenges
I loved this game for the beautiful graphics, music and creative layout of the cards, it all seemed so promising.
Unfortunately the game is ruined by the incessant challenges that require the levels to be played again and again.
On level 97, I was disappointed, as again was hoping for a wonderful crafted and interactive jigsaw, however this was not the case!

There Is No Way That I Played 100 Rounds On Level 150 And Still Can’t Beat It Even With Power Ups, This Game Needs To Be Fixed With A Lot Of Issues, You Should Be Able To Watch More Videos And Other Things You Should Be Able To Do To Get More Coins, Crazy.
Now for the impossible
I have been playing this game for quite a while and it has been fun and challenging but now I have reached a point where it is almost impossible to go any further without using all my spare cards or paying,the level is classed as difficult and I have played a lot of these but now I think I have reached a point where the levels should be classed as IMPOSSIBLE in fact you can tell that you are not going to get anywhere near to beating a level so I just abandon the level with half the few cards you are given left. It’s taking me that long to get anywhere near to beating a level that it has become boring and I am close to deleting a really good game. A 5 star game if not for impossible levels. Now Deleted as impossible level really boring after days of playing
