How do I up grade to get more fish, I have been playing this game for a couple days, and can’t get fish?

Great graphics but

Too many glitches. Game stuck at level 94 and was asked to upgrade , did so, but still stuck on the same level. No access anywhere for in app purchases . Daily challenge stop working properly. Some ads have locked screen up. Was enjoying game but about to delete it

Need help with the game and the only way that I can get that help is through Facebook and I don’t have Facebook so what am I supposed to do now. Continue to be screwed out of my rewards and continue to have the notifications pop up telling my to upgrade but there’s nothing to upgrade to.
