Not as great as it was
The side game campaigns stopped working in my instance. The dream walk through requests no longer appear. The updated character designs are not as good as the originals. It is just okay now because of the additional ads in game. The weekly one life adventure quests have to many impassable levels without assistance.

Can’t play adverts for extra help on the side game
Why is it all of a sudden you can’t play an advert to get to swap tiles or remove a set or undo a go on the side game makes it impossible to do them after a certain level

Double charges every week
Love the game, so much so that I buy the gold package every week $19,99 (CAD)… i get billed twice all the time for almost $46 with taxes. I have to report to Apple every week and sometimes get my refund sometimes don’t. If this keeps happening I will have to report to my credit card as Fraud.
No change in game in a long time
I have been playing this game for a while. I have over $40 million coins and $46 thousand clovers but nothing to spend them on. It is the same events over and over. No new rooms have been unlocked. No new events. It’s like the game is done and no one is working on adding anything else. Fix the game or you are going to loose lots of loyal players or at least say you aren’t adding anything else so we stop wasting our time and can go find a new game to play.

Not updated enough
Been playing for years, super fun game but hasn’t had any proper updates in so long. Same events are recycled with the same levels. Such a shame as there are so many loyal players that play daily, seeing the same stuff over and over again.
Fun game, bad ads
This game gives you the option to play without adding money, but the ads are horrible, horrible horrible!!!!!
Can’t choose designs anymore
This is such a good game and I’ve really enjoyed playing however, I’m on level 1000 and the past couple hundred levels, you have not been able to choose which design you want when decorating the home. That was my favourite bit

Изначально игра понравилась, несколько лет назад, потом какое то время не играла в нее. И вот решила вернутся к ней. Что с ней наделали??? Уровни нереально пройти даже с 5-10 раза. Игра просто не дает нужных карт. Иногда из 20 карт только 1 подходящая. Это вы так деньги выкачиваете?! Есть с чем сравнивать. Такого бреда не видела еще ни в одном солитере. Теперь я понимаю, почему я ее забросила несколько лет назад. Да и судя по обновлениям, разработчики тоже ее забросили уже

Expensive
Honestly I use to love this game played it 24/7 especially during covid but now the levels are so hard you basically have to buy your way to win them, so addicted to the game I’m pretty sure they have made over 100$ off me in the last 4 hours I’ve been trying to play it just to beat a level. I honestly may just have to uninstall it kinda sad though this was a good solitaire game :/

DONT BOTHER
The game went downhill, if you watch an ad for rewards, you loose ALL SOUND in game, they now FORCE you watch an ad after winning levels & the game balance is horrid…
Not to mention you have to use “Clovers” to play mini games which you need to progress the storyline -.-
I held on but I’m about to uninstall and NEVER look back, also… the help & support doesn’t help!

Too many ads
I love the idea of a solitaire game with the story mode. BUT the ads are too disruptive

Really love the design aspect of the games but the levels are extremely hard.
WHY CANT WE BUY CLOVERS ANYMORE?
I was a HUGE FAN in this game years ago I played this religiously then life happened and one day I was like what was that game I loved called again? Then I looked in my history of my apps in found you guys again I been playing again which I love but I notice you can’t buy clovers like I used too why is that? I used to brake pockets to buy clovers that how much I loved this game and now I’m in level 112 in my other phone and can’t buy clovers yet who’s bright self in this company decided to take buying clovers away? I am downloading it again on my iPad cause I love this game but please fix and bring back BUYING CLOVERS again thank you;)

I used to play this game all of the time, I’ve kept it downloaded in my library and now I try to play it and they say it needs updated but there is no update button in the App Store. So I’m just trying to play my game again. How can yall help?!
What the heck happened to Lori’s face???
I played this game pretty religiously for about two years, but the in-game costs kept going up, so I eventually dropped off even though I was curious about the end of the story. After a (maybe) two year absence, I jumped back in to see how things are, and the characters have all gotten a serious makeover, and it is NOT for the best. Where they used to be quirky-cute and round, now they’re all…squishy, maybe? Squashed? Either way, none of them are at all enjoyable to look at during the “cut scenes.”

Unwinnable levels
I've been playing this game on and off over at least 2 years but as time has gone on the levels have become unwinnable without spending coins. If it was just a once in a blue moon thing I would let it slide but when it's 5-6 levels wasting coins and the first 6 cards are repeated cards that cannot be placed and then the same for the last several cards the same thing. I don't dislike the game but when you force me to use coins for the levels just for them to be Unwinnable again and again I think I may just bow out. And no, it's not that the levels are harder they just can't be won.

Love it but ….
I love this game I became hooked but its a money pit I have spent so much money on this game I’m embarrassed to say how much but I can’t do it anymore it cost so much money and if you don’t spend money you get nowhere in this game I’m sorry to say but I’m deleting it
What happened
About a year or two ago, this game was peak. Not only did you get to play solitaire AND decorate your house, you got extra stories to play through with men in the game. I was so invested in my story with Leo, but one day I logged in and my entire game reset, the love stories leaving with everything else. I was heartbroken! I don’t care about how impossible the game gets sometimes, bring back the Leo love story and bring back the old character models. I miss Leo being hot and I miss the ginger guy looking like a dork. 💔
