Shuts off and loses connection and i lose

I love playing this game but I have a problem while waiting that one min my screen will go black if I’m distracted and don’t tap the screen and I lose a game I was about to win. It’s really upsetting it only do I lose coins I could’ve won but I lose my own too. And now that I’ve updated it, it keeps crashing more. Which also makes me lose my coins.
