No update of problem
I just started playing this game again after 3 years. Curious to see if they fixed the glitches with the conversation between characters, but still not fixed! Could you please fix it cause feeling I’m gonna get annoyed and leave. I like this game but u gotta fix the glitches.
I wish I could give 5 ★'s
This game is really really fun!! I love the CSI, underlying aspect of the game. It adds something extra special to the game. I gave it such a low rating regarding the ★'s because of the ADS!! Most games I play will have either no ADS or there will be 1 AD every 2 or 3 games played. Unfortunately, on here, every single game...2 ADS! Ridiculous !! I still play. But I burn out fast. I suffer from severe anxiety/panic & PTSD & depression disorders and I play games to relax. So, as soon as I'm not relaxing (too many ADS will do it!!), I'm done !! I realize you have to run ads to keep the game free. I also realize that you don't need to run that many!! If I were you, I would cut it down to 𝟷 AD every other game played. It makes for a much more enjoyable game!! If you do that, I'll be in here changing this to ★★...
★★★ and if you change it, i would want to give this game ★★★★★★★★★★, it's that unique, in the "Tri-Peaks" world!! At least , I think so. For CSI buffs, a definite must play… just be forewarned, the ADS are a pain!!

A bit frustrating
I keep looking for a solitaire game I can stay with, don’t think this is it! The card game itself is okay, but the story needs some work. When it goes to the people talking you only get partial sentences so the story doesn’t make much sense.
Can not access
Keep trying to play this game and I can not access it.
Fix dialogue
I would give this game 5 stars but when dialogue pops up it only shows the first line and I can’t even fill in the gaps into what it is supposed to say
Get a second job
The desperation for money is strong with this game. An ad before the level finishes and an ad after you complete the level.

Too many adds, and storyline missing words in every sentence
More ads than game
Day one was really fun, I chose to watch some ads for the rewards. Day two, however, the ads began.. two for each level played. For me, given that there are plenty of other games with fewer ads, it’s not worth $9.99 per month to play ad-free. Maybe if it were a one-time purchase it might be worth it. Oh well, deleted.

Needs complete sentences!
You need to fix this game so the people talk in a complete sentence. A couple words just doesn’t cut it.
Where are the new updates????
This game does not update at all. I tried to contact support and get to response. The words in the bubble are cut off and I can only read one line. I love story line games like this but I can not follow along. Not recommended!!!
Never has a full sentence
This is a fun game but…I’m on level 1163 and the conversation between whichever 2 characters are talking is never completely written. Each character gets a couple of words in their”conversation bubble”, and then that paragraph ends. You never know what they’re trying to say, so you’re losing a whole storyline

Missing dialogue
The game is a bit repetitive as it’s a simple one move or one less solitaire. Part of every sentence from the dialogue is missing so it’s impossible to work out what’s happening in the mystery. Shame as it’s a good idea.
The French dialogs/texts only show one line
In the French version, you don’t have access to all the written informations, such as dialogs and evidence. Cuts the fun out of the game. Might delete the game if not fixed.

On manque les informations essentielles pour résoudre les énigmes. Je supprimerai le jeu si l'app n’est pas corrigée, puisque la résolution d’énigmes est la partie amusante du jeu.

Way toooooo many ads
Every time you finish a level, you have to watch two ads. Like really? This is by far my favorite solitaire game but please do something about the ads and bring back the complete conversations with the characters not bits and pieces of a conversation. Also, I loved office time when it was office time. When everyone involved spoke to one another about the cases. Whose crazy idea was it to change a good thing to tiny bits and pieces of conversation within the storyline? I love the characters, the mysteries, and the card game itself. Just fix those two issues and I’ll give 5 stars.

Not worth the time
This game has potential but you can’t read all the dialogue about the mystery as it only shows in part sentences. Graphics are basic. There are better games around.
