Sorry about that - we haven't seen this come up before, so we'd really like to figure out what went wrong. If you can email us at support@easyartstudios.com with your device and iOS version, we'll dig in. Also, we just pushed a new version with some loading and stability fixes. Worth grabbing the update and giving it another try - good chance it's already sorted.
