Ads freezing
When I get an add with 30 seconds to play, it will not start.
I have to close it and restart, but I get the same result, the clock will not start.

Love the app
The only complaint is the latest version makes a very rhythmic clicking noise when I play despite having sound effect turned off. It goes away with the volume buttons on the phone or with the volume slider for music. I never use music when I play, I’m a bit confused, but it’s still the best Canfield game going.

Love the game but there is a bug or two
Ive emailed twice but never had a reply. When playing Spider Solitaire two suits, when I win a game the score board seems to have the new score written over the previous one and then the score board will not disappear so I cant play another game. If I return to the game the next day the score board is gone and I can play another game - until, that is, i win. The only fix I can find is to play a different game and then return to Spider Solitaire two suits but that shouldn’t be necessary.
I also note that my global score has not changed in a long time, even though I have had many wins - this is very frustrating. I would be very happy if this could be fixed.

Cards jumping
Downloaded onto new iPad - current iOS and cards jerking and jumping when I move them. Fine on other iPads and phone. Why?? I did opt to revert to old decor with plain background as I dislike all busy graphics.
Great play. No ads. Lots of features
There are many options of solitaire games to play. The app runs smoothly. I’ve been using this app for several years. Cleanest one I have found.

We love this game- many options and did the update today and wish I hadn’t. It looks like a cartoon! It’s awful. My mom, who plays many word game just told me last week she has been looking for a solitaire game and I showed her this one- I am nervous she will be disappointed when the update happens for her as well… change it back! Why are all updates so juvenile??

Update 8/16/22 I accidentally hit the upgrade button that I have been avoiding for several years. Wish hadn’t but can’t go back now. Sure would like to change the background color. That black/gray is awful
Update 10/17/19⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2.0.7 is a big step in the right direction. I still won't install on my newer iPad.
Update 10/10/19⭐️⭐️ Version 2.0.6 is working with iOS 10.3.3. Have played a few games Klondike draw 1. It works but card movement is too choppy. I can't address others complaints about ads because I only play offline. Think I'll keep the old version on my new iPad.

Updating 9/30/19 So decided to try the latest update on my older ipad with iOS 10.3.3. As soon as I touch the screen when I open the app, it crashes. I was able to delete the last version and restore older version on newer iPad with 12.4.1. Definitely won't put new version on it. Come on, developers- get your act together. I used to love to play the games on this app - no more. I would like to go back to the old version. Will be deleting Couple years ago ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Disappointed
The visuals are challenging. No matter how you play Yukon you loose. Ridiculous. Will play this less and less.

I loved the old version of this game the new version is so difficult to see the cards. I do not like the backgrounds. I liked the plain black background with very bright cards the new cards are dull or muted which makes them hard to read. Please go back to old look. I have played this app for about 10 years.

Don’t change things just to change them.
First, thank you for making so many games available and free. But, the new backgrounds are jarring and the card faces have a ground glass anomaly as well as pallor, making them harder to read. Just sayin’.

Horrible update
I woke up and my go to “time passer” is ruined. Whenever I try to play a game (and win) it says that hand has already been won today and the glitches out. I tried using the “send feedback” option but that just causes the app to crash. I’ve been using this app for well over 6 years now and each update makes it a little worse. This one just tanked the entire app!
If you guys fix the app, then I’ll fix my rating.

Cumulative scores not updating
With the latest update, the cumulative score does not update in the Leaderboard.
New Update
I’ve had this game since 2015. And now there are giant hint bubbles and other ugly in-the-way nonesense ruining it.
Please add a way to turn off the new look or at least the new ‘features’. I updated before seeing hints and such were added, and added like this, now I am very sad. I have no way to revert. I don’t want to have to find a new (what is supposed to be) card game.
Please let me at least turn them off. If it is NOT wanted.

Ruined it
I am the IT director for my company, so I know a bit about software. This WAS a great game, but each update ruins it more & more.
A year or so ago they completely changed the user interface, totally altering the entire experience for anyone who had been enjoying the game for years! I loved the original interface and cherished the memories of playing the game with my son who passed away from cancer.
A more recent update totally screwed up the sound! The volume of the game is now controlled by the RINGER volume and NOT by the normal phone sound volume!! (iPhones have 2 separate volume controls, one for the ringer and a second volume control for everything else, like music, videos, GAMES, etc.)
Now if I want to play the game silently, I have to mute or turn down my ringer. But then I forget to turn my ringer back on so that I miss calls or texts. Stupid!
I still play this game in memory of my son, but I am continually disappointed in how the developers keep degrading the game.
