The game freezes EVERY TIME

I’ve been playing this game for years. In the past several weeks it freezes every single time I play. Sometimes it doesn’t last a minute before it completely freezes. I’ve notified them about it and nothing changes.

Freezes Lately

Love this game so much. It constantly freezes lately after update. I mean, I sometimes have to power my phone off to exit the screen. Hope this gets fixed.

Freezes with latest update

Been playing for 6 months and game was great until last update and now it freezes every other hand. I’d give the game 5 stars if it worked again. You loose all progress in that hand including if you used a wand, because you have to close the app down and restart it. I’ve sent multiple emails to the support team in the past 30 days but have yet to heard back.

I like playing these games but I really wish some new stories could be thought up, I go from game to game searching for different stories but apart from the people, the stories are really basically the same

Too many ads

There's an ad after every game of solitaire and you have to play multiple games and earn coins to make things happen in the story. It's very tedious

The game is addictive but since the last update, the game is freezing. I have to log out and lose the hand just to restart to resume play.

Repulsive!!

I do not understand how anybody can find this thing fun abusing a woman in her child throwing her off the streets it’s cold. It’s raining. It’s miserable. This is not a game. This is not fun. I don’t wanna play this ever.
