No updates
This game has not been updated with newer levels in well over a year. Recently one of the mini games in Frozen Flowers has completely disappeared. When I contacted customer support I received a message saying that there’s no technical support at this time. How is this game even still running?

Impossible o get past one of the puzzles.
I’m about to delete this even though I have played for awhile, but there is no way possible to get past the hut level 6-7. So I’m stuck and not like anyone cares lol.

Too many repeptative ads
Good game except for the repetitive ads after each level, meaning the same ad over and over again. Deleted the game because of this. I will definitely be finding a different solitaire tripeak game. Not worth the hassle or the headache. 😡
Crashes, crashes, crashes...
Super fun game but it doesn’t load, crashes constantly, delays, etc. My suggestion, don’t get hooked and find smt else to play.

i love this game but i updated in april 2021 and the piggy bank costs over $ 40 instead of $ 13.99. this is unacceptable !
Games keeps freezing
So tired of this game continuously freezing. Always during when you try for an item for the collections. When you finally get the item it’s freezes before it’s complete. Forced to use your crystals and then it freezes again.. I have done everything it says to do to try and fix it.. doesn’t work. Used to love playing this game. NOT ANYMORE. YOUR FORCED TO SPEND TO PLAY. NOT WORKING.

Very frustrated
Freezes all the time and does not give back your energy once it freezes and goes back to the start. Makes it very difficulty or impossible to complete the games on ‘the Present’ side of the game
Doesn’t work
It is weeks now that told the technical support that the game doesn’t work properly but nothing has changed.
Freezing not loading game
After today’s update the game won’t load and it crashes. I was hoping with an update came new games but instead it just crashes. Waste of time. If I could it would get no stars.

Failures
I was really enjoying this game until I lost all my progress in Frozen Flowers. Contacted support but got no resolution. Additionally, if you are going to push ads in exchange for rewards make sure they work. Either I watch the whole ad then it tells me I have to watch until the end (I did) or the ad freezes the game and I have to replay (rePAY) to complete the level. So disappointing!!
