No support undermines game experience

Whilst the game is fun, we’ve requested support many times. There is no response, which has seriously demoralized our team and resulted in the loss of players.

In-app and email support requests are ignored for MONTHS. Most disappointing.

Fun game BUT… NO

Many of us been playing for awhile but have dropped off. Super fun game. BUT…. NO. Developers have stopped with support for any glitches like payout or challenges not working. Even just now, star challenge isn’t working. Also that roller dice game, forget… don’t spend your time getting dice rolls bc it won’t work. Super frustrating that one pays extra for the star pass at ~$20 or royale pass at ~$10- when you get extra special card (gold or any etc card) and you don’t really get it. Cards are important bc if you get the collection complete, lots of coins and eventually totally 750k.
Don’t spend your time or money with this game.

Support won’t respond to my issues

I’ve tried several times to contact support through the game system. I am on level 1751 and the game has stopped letting me compete in the tournaments. I’ve spent money and time on this game, the least they could do is respond to my issue

Fun game BUT…

Many of us been playing for awhile. Super fun game. BUT…. Developers in the past few weeks in early OCT 2022 made it extremely difficult with the cards to win so many of losing a lot spending our remaining powerups and coins. Loss just 4Million coins when you earn a few hundred coins per round. Doesn’t matter if you pay the monthly super charged bonus powerups. Still on the losing end. About to stop playing unless things change.

Update Review

Never ENDING tournament once you get to a certain level. Have been playing for MONTHS and making purchases. Is requiring nearly $50 per week to continue playing. Once you get so far they just require money can’t even WIN one level. It’s sad. I have great friends in the game and will be requiring a refund.

Avid solitaire player

This game is stacked so it’s impossible to win unless u spend some serious cash and even then cards are just not there. Pretty much have spent 100.00 just today buying power up and still can’t complete games. Like I’ve said I’m an avid player on several games, so if u are not looking at a serious cash habit I would skip the download!

Thank you for your comment! Most levels are easy to pass, but we have to admit some of them are challenging. It is designed to add more fun to the game and give players a better gaming experience. The only you need is a little bit luck. There are two tips for you: 1) It's easier to pass the hard level with boosters. 2) Follow our Facebook Fanpage to claim free coins!

Fun but expensive

This is my second review. I would give 5 stars but I just can’t for the reasons below. Fun game but way too pricey for coins and power ups. Not to mention once you get into higher levels it costs millions for wilds and the +5 cards. The payouts don’t exceed what the extras cost. I know you have deals but I went that route and was ripped off. Bought a coin/power-up package the other day, got charged twice but did NOT receive what I purchased. I was robbed of 24,000 coins and 12 power-ups 😤(and yes I have the purchase receipts). Oh and should I mention absolutely no way of contacting the game developer. How convenient! So be careful what you purchase from this game people!!!!!
