Game crashes - you lose your money withdrawals horrendous
Game freezes and crashes, there’s a help page where you log issue but they don’t answer, there’s a lack of players so you end up playing the same player who’s winning all the games in an obscenely short times, circa 30 seconds!!, you can’t block people Sometimes you wait 2 hours before you get a response, you can challenge back, but there’s no time limitation so my money has been taken but still awaiting them to replay, should be limited. Also have to be careful as the entry values change, when you click play again the entry values increase from $0.60 to $3 to $6 - I lost $12 this way. if you do manage to win $10 the withdrawal takes 2 to 4 weeks to process. Bonuses aren’t paid. they delay withdrawals and you can’t withdraw anything else until it’s been sent, during this time you can’t claim bonuses either. Games appear to be matched rather than random against people of similar ability, it says waiting for an opponent 99% of the time, why?, suddenly the backlog of 10 games played over 2 hours are matched but not in the order you played them, why? 2-4 weeks to receive a payout, why? Constant crashing but players fault, apparently paused the game for more than 10 minutes, no didn’t happen! Matched to similar ability = my average 15,400 against 16,180- no chance!

Lots of cheaters
There are somehow lots of “players” on this app who can consistently score over 16,100 points. This requires you to solve the deck in under 20 seconds. There is no way that all of these players are human. I don’t know if it’s bots, cheaters, or if the app is just giving fake scores, but you should not spend money on this app.

Withdraw problem
I do not use PayPal at all, I can’t withdraw back to my apple account or to my bank account. It does say you can withdraw to your primary account, but it doesn’t. I do have all proofs in the pictures. Will see what developers can say about it

Still haven’t received my withdrawal
I made a withdrawal back in February. I waited patiently because it said I would get the money in 2 to 4 weeks. Fast forward to April and the date has now changed to April like I just submitted the withdrawal. It now said it would be 2 to 4 more weeks. today is the four week mark after giving them another month and it still says processing. And I keep getting the same response from about every time I contact them so I’m not sure if this is a scam but I do know they don’t pay out your winnings.

I love playing solitaire games and this one is by far one of my favorites. I haven’t played many cash games yet but the game play for gems is amazing. You are REALLY playing against real people not bots. I’m pretty good at playing solitaire and unlike most other solitaire games I can actually win on this one. Planning on starting cash games shortly. I will update my review again after that. Based on if I’m still able to win and if I can actually get paid. Looking at other reviews it appears there isn’t even an issue getting paid so I’m sure it will be another great review.

Waste of time and money.
Don’t waste your time or money. I have requested withdrawal 4 weeks ago. Contacted “player support” and was told numerous times that it’s coming. Every time “player support” responds to your message, your processing time seems to start over. You will not get paid out.

I can not get into the game I had forgotten my password. I’m a 69 year old with memory problems. And I really need the money I have in the game I still want to play it but I can’t please it normally says forgot your password and you can put a new one in . Ty❤️
