I spent hundreds of dollars on this game and it doesn’t work and you can’t cash out. Do Not get this app! It steals your money and you can’t watch any videos to get coins. I have contacted via the app multiple times with no success
Love it , but they need to fix the ads
I’ve had this game forever, and I’ve always loved it and open it daily. The withdrawals get to my account quick and I love the matches and the daily missions. One problem. Within the past 3 months there option to watch a video to play a match is gone so I can no longer get bonuses or complete the mission tha says watch 3 ads. They need to fix this cause I’m about to uninstall just cause of this

DISAPPOINTED
I am so close to uninstalling this app for good! There had been problems in the game for literal MONTHS and there hasn’t been any attempts to fix them and we haven’t got any updates about the game on the Facebook page! We can’t watch videos on the game anymore and for the daily missions we can’t even finish them because of it! And it’s almost impossible to win a game anymore! We haven’t heard from anyone since Aug.30,2025! I’m very close to leaving the game for good!

I have played this game for past 2yrs without issue. The past month and a half the video ad function has not worked. I have troubleshot. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have used the “Contact Us” function to no avail. The app says that it “Fixed Bugs” in the recent update…the lie detector test determined THAT was a lie. I used to truly enjoy this solitaire game app. 😡

so far, I haven’t cashed out on anything. I’m gonna continue to play if I’m able to get to a Win where I’m able to cash out I’ll come back and read it again.

Not able to view ads
Have played for a very long time. Loved it! About 2 months ago ads quit working. Had contacted 3 times. Keep getting told that they are working on it. A big part of rewards is watching ads. I have asked 3 times for coins/bonus money. They don’t answer that question. Very disappointing.

Game used to be fun. Now , you can never complete their daily missions to earn rewards because one of the missions is to watch ads. Well, it’s impossible to watch their ads when you always receive an error message that the ads won’t load! Contacted support multiple times and keep being told “we’re working on it.” That was over a month ago.
Also, they got rid of their in game matching game to help earn money awards.
This game used to be fun, now it’s pretty useless.

Game gone!
After playing for years the game app no longer works! I noticed this nonsense when I withdrew for the first and only time. Once I did that, this game app has never been the same. No more Hearty or Lottery games and no more ad loads so I can’t even get coins. I contacted customer service and to no avail. They text back saying they are looking into it but have no clue when the issue will be resolved.

Big fail
We can no longer watch a video ads to win daily goals, yet they put that in there as part of the daily goal, which makes zero sense. They don’t have most of the games they used to have to win and make the game fun. When you contact customer service, you just get a generic response.

Maybe if it would download the videos to finish the missions and to get coins then I would give 5 stars. It has been like this for the past month and a half. I deleted it and then downloaded it again and it still does not work.

This game has been broken for about 2 weeks now.
Get what you put in
Unfortunately the most it will let me get to is about 50.. even finishing in under a minute I couldn’t get past this limit. But yes I’ve also read other reviews about limits. 50 to 60 seems about the limit.. after that if you don’t withdraw you will lose it all back. I usually try to not spend any money, and now for some reason the ads to get free coins won’t load. And what is the point of withdrawing if you have to pay fees to get your “earnings”
