I’ve had this game since 2016 and all of a sudden you’ve changed it and I hate it I don’t like the way it plays and it is 10,000 times more terrible than I could imagine. Very disappointed.
Ads problem
Still awaiting a reply regarding taking my money and not removing the ads although it stated ad removal was successful. Very poor service, feel like I have been well and truly conned, and you don’t even have the decency to reply
Great game but watch out
So overall this game would be a 4/5 stars mainly because the ads are everywhere. But the reason I gave it a 2/5 is because I wanted to get rid of ads. Usually to remove ads the price ranges from $0.99 to $2.99. Out of pure muscle memory when I wanted to get rid of the ads, right when it was too late I noticed the price said $19.99. I clicked for no ads and I payed for and now have the premium version of this app. So watch out and slow down or you’ll make the same mistake I did.

Hate the new layout
I have been playing this app almost daily for a few years, but I am going to delete it if the new layout stays as it is. There is a lot of wasted space, the cards are small and all bunched up. I am bed ridden at the moment after a bad fall, and the new layout is just not user friendly. There was nothing wrong with the old layout so I have no idea why it was thought necessary to change it.

3 types of ads
Steep price for what is hopefully ad free version. There are 3 types of ads. Banner ads almost block the lower cards a lot of the time. Full screen 30 sec ads are faster to get through by restarting the game. Half screen ad is just mildly annoying.
I preferred the interface from this companies previous version of this game but it is out of support now.

Previously brilliant now the adverts are constant
I loved this App however the adverts that now appear after every game are overwhelming. There are also adverts at the bottom of the gaming board which cover your cards when the screen is landscape so that you are left guessing your numbers. I understand there may need to be some adverts however the deluge on this version will mean I shall be looking elsewhere for a new solitaire supplier as the purchase price is far more than many other games.

Don't update
I paid for this app so I wouldn't have to see ads but with this latest update I'm once again getting hit with ads. Don't update! So disappointed.
Bought the premium a while back
Now I’m getting ads again after the latest update and a chance to pay to remove them once more? No thank you.

Love to play Solitaire. But since you forced me to update I am flooded with dammed adverts that I'm not interested in and I can no longer get into the game I love. So not happy.

Great interface but I Even though I purchased the add free version, the adds just keep popping up. I restore purchase and sometimes it works for a short time and then the adds are back again and sometimes it says restored but the adds don’t go away. As irritating as hell. If I could ask for my money back I would.

Left handlers?
Great patience game. I play in landscape direction for these, and it struck me that it is better i’d you are left handed in this mode as the card stack is on the left side, being right handed my hand is in the way when I take cards and cannot see the deck as well, a small point but some may find that useful?

Latest version is bad
Been using this app for several years now but the last update has wrecked it. Ad frequency seems to have doubled and music switches itself back on every time you play. Mute button now has to be pressed twice to shut the thing up and it even overrides the phone being no on mute to play music every time you open it. Very disappointing

Turn the music off permanently!
Good app, simple, but I have to turn the music off every time I open it, even though the little thumbnail shows it’s off. I guess it’s a glitch but it’s annoying, especially when I paid $9.99 for it. You think they could keep the sound off permanently with my 10 bucks.

Not liking the new outlay. Hit exit a few times as it it where undo was and when you resume, you can’t undo past that remume point. Also the ads at the bottom of the screen get in the way when trying to move cards from the bottom of a long stack so you end up clicking on the ads. Annoying. Not play this version as much as before. 👎

Too many adverts
The game is fine but the ads at the bottom of the screen are really annoying. It’s hard to avoid touching them which then takes you to the amazon site.
