Never works
We have this app to control our outdoor light to program on and off times and it never works. It always says network timed out, I can’t make any changes and my light is now on in the daytime and off at night when we need it.
Do not work anymore
I cannot get into my app at all. It just says network time out no matter what I try! Do not use this app!
Login issue
Try to login but keeps saying network timeout and won’t log me in. Also I gave this a 1 star rating but it’s showing as 3 stars which is not true.
Stuck on
I can no longer get into the app. It constantly says network time out, and now my floodlight is stuck in the on position 24/7. Email the company and no response so now we have to take it down and replace it with a different company light.
Beware, App no longer works!
The only way to control the RGB lights is with this app. The app no longer works. I have 4 of these now stuck in Christmas colors. There’s no switch or remote. Never a warning on app sunsetting. That speaks volumes to how Solla feels about their customer.

Just echoing what everyone else has said. I can't control the lights, so they are now on whatever settings I last had them on, which is not what I want. Next stop to the rainforest to leave a similarly bad review.

Jan 26: UPDATE- One can no longer control the lights via App . Lights now turn on in the middle of the day and are on until early morning hours. Fuvk this product!!! App does not work/
May 2025: Every Night one needs to click on a light icon and establish desirable light intensity and color. Otherwise it i turns on with a coolest tone and maximum output. Horrible bug .

Can’t use anymore
Do not buy Solla lights. Their app is broken and they won’t fix it. Now I can’t control my lights.
App Requires Login
You cannot use the app anymore without having an account. If you have the account there is a network timeout error not allowing you to login. There really should be some kind of way to allow you to use the app without requiring a login.

Corporate greed server deactivated
After a year of solid use the company put an account requirement on app and disabled the server. You can no longer use these lights at all without an account, and can’t update, login or change password.
Absolutely tragic and terrible. Why can’t we have a version that isn’t account locked if you shut down the servers.
If anyone has previous versions of the app. Let me know. I’ll happily downgrade if that allows me to use these lights. Otherwise I’m developing my own app to control these.

Same problem as others
I loved these the last two years but this year I can’t get into the app. Same issue. Network Timed Out. They are stuck in a white light flowing pattern which is not what I want. This sucks. Someone monitor your business.
Unable to login to the App
I tried logging few time and it’s said ‘Network time out’? What is the mean? I can’t even rest Pw I get the same error when clicking on send code .. please help . Thanks
App not working
The app needs fixed or allow to use it without logging in. I keep getting network timeout trying to login. Stay away from their products if they aren’t going to allow you to use the full features.
