From the Solmar site… User ID “SOL” Passcode is your booking reference number.

As with other customers there is no way to use the app as it asks for user id!! Solmar don’t appear to use user ids. What a waste of time and effort.
Worst app!!!
Entered user name and replies that user name and password not recognised which given I didn’t enter a password( no space to do so) is a mean feat of predictive AI!

Waste of time. Opening screen requests a user ID, but doesn’t give one or a means to register and obtain one

Requires user ID to log in, no instructions on what this is, or how to create it. Tried my email address, and booking reference both did not work.
