SoloCare: Daily Check-in

SoloCare is a daily safety check-in app designed for people living alone. Check in once a day to let SoloCare know you’re safe. You can also optionally record your mood and review how you’ve been feeling over time. If you miss check-ins for 48 consecutive hours, SoloCare can send an email reminder to your care contact based on your settings, so they can reach out and confirm your well-being. Main features: Daily Safety Check-In Tap once a day to update your safety status. Care Contact Add someone you trust. If you miss check-ins for 48 hours, SoloCare can send them an email reminder. Optional Mood Tracking After checking in, you can record how you feel or skip mood tracking anytime. Reunion Mode When you’re staying with family or friends, you can enable Reunion Mode to temporarily pause daily check-in reminders and 48-hour care contact reminders. Stats and Records View your check-in history, missed check-in records, and mood trends. SoloCare is not a medical, emergency response, alarm, rescue, or emergency dispatch service. It does not provide location tracking, real-time monitoring, or professional emergency assistance. SoloCare is a lightweight, private, user-managed personal safety check-in tool.
