Good could be better

It doesnt help you with things like items and you learn! I cant create on this!

Greedy company

I got the notification about the 69.99 charge and responded immediately. I didn’t use the trial and certainly would not invest in using a product that I stopped using almost as soon as I tried it. I had to dispute the transaction because the rep insisted that it was in their return policy and didn’t want to refund me.

I can’t imagine having a business, a customer tells me they barely used the trial for my product and admits that they have no intention of using my product, yet I want to take their money for a year anyways. How desperate and greedy. If I came a month late to the email asking for a refund, I’d understand completely. But I was under the impression that it was a 14 day trial and was not informed it was 69.99 for the year (I would never commit to a year regardless of cost). I contacted customer service 3 minutes after the charge notification came at 12:01am. I hate these predatory subscription models. They ought to be illegal and the customer should be required to sign off after the trial ends, otherwise, they just loose access to the product.

Great app for learning key points in code!

Add a library

Solo learn for me has been a very well done learning experience, but at certain points, it could start to feel a bit fast paced. I feel as though it would be a unique feature to add a “library”. Where it would act as a kind of dictionary that you progress through as you learn about the different functions and etc. As you go through lessons the library would update or unlock the terms you recently learned so its easy to go back to and find if you just forgot.
