Hi, we are really sorry Solsound felt unusable. That is not the experience we want for listeners. We have released a new version with a more stable app and smoother playback. Please update and try again.

Buffer 24/7

I gave it 2 star because the idea of the App is great, but I haven’t been able to listen to a single word from it. When I pick a book it starts buffering like it is about to open it, but the buffering never stops. I hope you’ll fix it.

Hi, we are sorry for the buffering issue. The earlier playback experience was not reliable enough, and we have since rebuilt Solsound to make listening much smoother. Please update to the latest version and try the book again.

Improper Settings

Deleted app. I wasn’t able to select Get Solsound Pro free. I’d better not be charged for this app.

Hi, we are sorry this felt unclear. App Store subscriptions are managed through your Apple account, so please check your subscription status in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. If you believe you were charged by mistake, Apple Support can review refund requests.

Not working

The stories and app does not work. I even tried to contact support team but no response. Tried with subscription, paid moey for subscription but still nothing works. It feels like a dummy app.
