Solund

You don't wake up and decide to scroll. You wake up already scrolling. Solund is an alarm clock that removes the decision. When it goes off, the apps you chose are locked. Not hidden behind a reminder you can swipe away — locked. They open again when you get up and walk. Thirty steps. About as far as the kitchen. HOW IT WORKS Set an alarm and pick which apps to block. Instagram, TikTok, whatever takes the first hour of your day. When the alarm rings, those apps close. It rings through Silent mode and through Focus, so there's no getting around it by muting your phone the night before. Walk until you hit your step goal and everything unlocks at once. The block doesn't come back until tomorrow. WHY WALKING Because it's the one thing you cannot do from bed. Solving a math problem, scanning a barcode, shaking your phone — all of it can be done lying down, half asleep, and then you're back where you started. Standing up is the whole point. Everything else is theatre. Solund detects shaking and won't credit it. Walking is the only way through. CHOOSE YOUR DIFFICULTY Gentle at 15 steps. Normal at 30. Hardcore at 50. Start gentle. You can always make it harder once the habit holds. FOR THE MORNINGS THAT GO WRONG Real emergencies exist. Solund has an emergency unlock that gives you fifteen minutes after a short delay, then the block returns. Phone and Messages are never blocked. Emergency calls always work. WHAT IT KEEPS Your streak, the time you actually got up, and how long it took you. Ninety days of it, so you can see whether the mornings are changing. All of it stays on your iPhone. PRIVACY Solund has no account and no server. Your alarms, your steps and your history never leave your device. It cannot see your screen. Apple's Screen Time gives it opaque tokens, not content — Solund knows an app is blocked and has no idea what's inside it. No analytics, no advertising identifiers, no data sold. SUBSCRIPTION 7 days free, then $29.99/year or $4.99/month. Cancel anytime from the App Store. Privacy Policy: https://solund.app/privacy Terms of Use: https://solund.app/terms
