Don’t buy this Fire!
I have a Lux150, if was installed in Dec 23 so just over 18months old and the motor failed, the sound quality of the crackling fire effect is shockingly poor and to top it off the app and internet connection have never been stable from new. My advice is don’t wast your money.
Just don’t buy a Solution Fire
I too spent over £2000 on a luxury fire that the sound of the fire is like rustling crisp packets, but much worse is it neither connects to my iPhone 13, Alexa and today refuses to work properly with the remote as each time you turn it on it goes to the blue preset so you have to reset it every time you turn it on…
It’s just not fit for purpose and far from luxury and definitely not worth the price.

Very easy to use App
Really good App to control your Solution fire. So much better than the standard remote control.
Added benefits of being able to individually control flame, fuel bed and down light colours plus scene lighting if fitted.
Can even control fire when out enabling fire to be on for our return.
Good WIFI signal required in house
