Good app. Poor customer support.
The app itself is good, or at least it was good. You can access a vast number of relevant prayers and other content by simply downloading the app. You can also pay a subscription to access even more prayers for nearly every area of life you can imagine. This is the option I chose, for a monthly rate of $4.99 per month. I was being charged regularly, and using the app in its entirety until one day it weirdly locked me out of my exclusive content and gave me the option to subscribe. I’m puzzled because I never unsubscribed. Meanwhile, I’ve contacted customer support at least 3x via email and have received no response. And they’ve still been collecting my $4.99 for at least the past two months, despite me being unable to fully utilize the app. The low rating is primarily for the lack of support or response from the website’s owner(s).
