Okay app
I hate that it makes you pay and will only give answers to some questions and will make you pay more for certain answers. Would be a great app if it was free.
It was great until it wasn’t
Loved using the app but when I canceled my membership in december you guys continued to try and charge my month for 8 months I had to back them from my card it’s absolutely infuriating and unprofessional. Choose a different app

Constantly bad at calculating
Recently, this app is unable to bring forth simple strategies based on a theoretical table. Almost every question is a miss. Sometimes the questions are double checked and the answer has not been updated/changed. This app is also bad at many other questions. I believe Grok may be better, it’s what I have heard.

You are required to pay you only get two pictures. It requires gems and you have to pay for gems. I don’t recommend.

Helps me to verify my answers when my teachers don’t post practice question answers— and if I am wrong, it helps me understand where I went wrong in my solving.

Habe 9,99€ bezahlt nur um zu sehen, dass diese drecks Ki genauso dumm ist wie chatgtp und ich auch!! Bodenlose Frechheit. Selbst wenn ich ihm die richtige Lösung gebe, kann er mir keine korrekten Rechenfehler mit der Lösung geben… Ich will mein Geld zurück!!!!

Not great overcharges
You get charged with EVERY SINGLE USE. And the answers are not that great. I needed help as a blind woman… meh overall.
FRAUD
This app doesn’t allow you to cancel. I had hidden email address turned on, It will not allow me to log in. It charges you back to back charges within a few days apart. This app is trash. It doesn’t even exist in my Apple purchases. And you can’t cancel it any subscription. DO NOT GET THIS APP!!

20% accuracy
This is horrible. It definitely doesn’t know chemistry better than Gemini! It fails to generate images and respond to prompts adequately. After inputting THE ANSWER IS WRONG it keeps giving the same wrong answer without modifying it. It’s a waste of time and money. Reached out to customer service for a refund.

I haven't been in college in years and chem was daunting, this helps me step by step and I can even asks it questions if I'm not sure what it's explaining, it makes note cards for me and helps me understand!! I love this !

I love this app because it breaks down the answer step by step. At first I was skeptical but Sovely didn’t disappoint.. I highly recommend… keep this app forever.. god bless the person who made it.
