So Horrible its giving me depression
The worst dictation app probably known to man. Would not recommend if it isnt enforced by an organization- which sadly seems to be the case in most instances
Terrible app
Frequent crashes, missing patient lists from schedule, Helpdesk unable to help with problems, information provided by support team incorrect, this app cannot be relied upon for clinical work
Update issues
Constantly updating- must call Support to get a new password which often happens when updating, interrupting workflow.
Can’t open
Since update can’t open app-gives error message with no further recommendations
Using it for 1-year: not intuitive and unreliable
I've been using this on the iPhone and iPad. The concept is good but the app is not intuitive and for some reason, I've lost the lst 30 dictated letters.
App not optimized for newer iPhone versions
Things are cut off and unclickable. It only allows me to file things under noninvasive cardiology which I am affiliated with. Makes the app unusable

Take your time. Fixit one time every 15-20. days most harassing is password changes, after you enter old password and new password twice it will certainly go blank and tell this password has been used before and it will erase all the passwords entries, you have to enter the old password again which people may not remember, then try new set of password twice, After that it will log you out you hv. to login in Again-Horrific.You can imagine small keyboard in the mobile phone. How hot it is.
Make it easier guys, OtherwisePeople will call it pathetic app .

Terrible update!
Update completely rendered the app useless! White text on white background or black text on black background and no option in settings to change this. Needs to be fixed immediately!

Overall very helpful, but I keep finding it cuts off when I am dictating and it is missing words out of my report.
Blue tooth playback doesn’t work
AirPods used to work with dictation,
but with the newer versions it’s not working.

This app is easy to use and has great functionality. A great improvement over standard telephone dictation capabilities
