Toogoolawah Bin service cancelled10/5/25
This app is okay for telling you and reminding you when the next collection is. But today 10/3/25 even at 4pm app is saying next service is today. It was cancelled at 8am with no notification to anyone. I spoke to the council just b4 9am and the lady told me it was cancelled an hour ago by Ipswich Waste services. Considering the bins are already picked up by this time and no trucks arrived and no flooding or road closures getting there it is obvious the drivers would have been told not to go to Toogoolawah on Sunday at the latest. So if they were told why weren’t the ratepayers told!! Long afterwards you have put a notice that the service on 10/3/25 In Toogoolawah has been cancelled. Hours too late!! But you leave out conveniently what time you cancelled the service and what time the notice eventually appears on the app . And after a lot of complaints first. Peter Leahy Toogoolawah 24th March 2025 After sending a 1 star review my reminder which was set up has been removed not by me. Oh left town early this morning but did see a truck collecting recycling bins first time in 4 weeks. I expect to see a rate refund for no service. They told us to put back our bins from no service on 10/3/25. Then later in the week they sent a truck up to collect general waste. Was away so no pick up. Should have left it out because I was away. So another refund eh?

Could not support the simple function of finding our address, so completely useless to us.

Gets the days right and which bins! No more looking down your street and wondering what’s right!
Reminder
Love this app I get a reminder the day before my bin goes out and if it’s one bin or two bin day.you can never forget to put those bins out. 👍
