About

Hear what happened while you slept. Start a recording at bedtime and Somnalyze helps you find likely snoring, possible sleep talking, and notable changes in ambient sound. Review the moments that stood out, play individual events, or choose any part of the night for closer listening. Reports and trends make it easier to notice how your sleep-sound patterns change over time. You can also set a one-time wake-up alarm after recording begins. Your overnight audio is analyzed on this iPhone. You choose how long audio is kept and can delete individual sound events, complete recordings, or all app data at any time. Sleep sound detection is in beta and may miss or misclassify sounds. Somnalyze is designed for personal pattern tracking; its results are not a medical diagnosis and do not replace professional care. Somnalyze now supports iOS 17 and later, bringing overnight recording, on-device sound analysis, reports, playback, and trends to more iPhones. The in-app wake-up alarm requires iOS 26 or later; on earlier versions, use the Clock app and stop recording here when you wake up.
