This device is easy to install. App is also very user friendly and provides some really useful information.

Needs better features. Basic stuff
The app need to be improved. Drastically to be considered 5 stars and on par with other gps tracking devices.
I’m unable to select which notifications I want to be notified off.
I can snooze notifications.
The driving speed is inaccurate.
It will report going 25mph on the freeway.

Works as advertised, would recommend it to anyone.
Amazing customer service
I have reached out via email to the Sonar team multiple times with multiple types of questions. They respond almost immediately every time, and not only do they clearly answer my question, but they always offer to help me further, by telling me something they can do on their end to customize my experience and the way I may want to control certain functions of the app. They go above and beyond to keep their eye on anything I present to them, and they follow up without me having to check back in with them. Their product has worked flawlessly, and it has been my random questions that caused me to reach out each time, never because there was an issue with their product. I feel great knowing they're in my corner! Highly recommend!

esta aplicación no cumplió con mis expectativas y resultó ser una gran decepción por varias razones.
En primer lugar, la interfaz de usuario es confusa y poco intuitiva. Navegar por la app resulta ser una tarea frustrante, ya que los menús están mal organizados y las opciones son difíciles de encontrar. Además, el diseño visual es anticuado y no invita a una experiencia de uso agradable.
Otro gran inconveniente es el rendimiento. La aplicación se ralentiza constantemente y, en ocasiones, se bloquea sin previo aviso. Esto no solo interrumpe la experiencia, sino que también pone en riesgo la pérdida de datos importantes.
En cuanto a las funcionalidades prometidas, muchas de ellas parecen no estar bien implementadas o incluso no funcionan en absoluto. Esto es especialmente frustrante cuando se trata de características que se presentaban como el principal atractivo de la app.
Finalmente, el soporte al cliente deja mucho que desear. Las respuestas a las consultas son lentas y, en muchos casos, no resuelven los problemas de manera efectiva. Esto solo añade más frustración al proceso.
Las empresas deberían buscar un sistema mucho mejor… SONAR es petardisima y por eso va de la mano con las empresas usuarias de la misma …

My experience with SONAR
My biggest concern has been the security of my car when I'm away from it, so with Sonar Go, I found a, easy and dynamic way to monitor my car. Additionally, I make sure to have enough gas for the trips I will take during the day and check the engine conditions, all from the comfort of my bed using the app

Amazing gps app, great connection, always providing great location on real time and also variety of options to check specific things of your car. Really recommend it if you want to keep on track you car.
