Initial access is horrible
We use this app in order to provide the turnover services for units in Atlanta. The app consistently gives error messages and request that housekeepers reset their passwords only to continue not to work. I would say that it’s simply user error on our end but not after about 50 different cleaners have had the same issue. There is also no technical support to troubleshoot this issue.Once you get it to work it’s a lovely app but it’s the initial access that poses the problem
