Ok, I did receive a response but no way to email them back as it is an unmanned email. They did credit my account so good news. That said, I’ve tried for over an hour to create a new song and it does nothing. It just sits there. I applied the update to no avail, rebooted my iPad, restarted the program and nothing works. I really do like the quality of this AI but this has been a frustrating journey. Also, I guess it won’t work on your phone and iPad; it must only work on o e device. I will change my rating if this can get fixed
