Couldn’t even find FIVE songs I wanted to know. And not to mention Um I never got notified of the reminder I requested for canceling my free trial. I’m furious I was charged $75 that I DONT HAVE. I’m a childcare teacher that makes not even enough money to actually live without fear of not having enough money for anything. Your app song finder couldn’t even find the five songs I wanted to find. I want my money back or I’ll contact my bank and you can deal with them.

Won’t even connect to Spotify and then it yells at you to connect to Spotify if you want to use it. I tried no less than 12 times and nothing happens
I’ve used better apps
I agreed to have this app authorized on my Spotify account numerous times. It does not notify me that this BS app is linked to my music streaming account at all, not even when I view my profile. This is just another cheap cash-grab over something that should be easily accessible for the general public and anyone with a phone.

i forgot to cancel the free trial and they charged me money without confirming i wanted to go through and there’s no way to contact them as i have tried multiple ways to get my money back

Doesn’t even let me get one song in. Automatically forces me to start a free trial and I can’t do anything or even exit out without doing so. So annoying. Wish I could give it no star

Can’t switch apps
I’m trying to identify music playing in another app and it doesn’t work you can’t switch between apps I’m staying with Shazam and it’s free unlike this app.

What the heck
First downloaded the app the option only shows free trial and notning else. So did i just download this app to immediately start paying or what?
It forces you to pay
I don’t know why they say it’s free. When I open the app it shows a screen where it shows a plan of 6.99 a week? Obviously I wouldn’t pay that but there was no where on the screen where you could X out. You guys should really do better and add a button where you can use the app without paying 6.99 dollars a week.

I don’t recommend getting this app, it was stuck on the free trial button and I couldn’t get out of it. Had to reset my device 3 times. Awful. 👎
