Great, but add some more features
I use this service a lot. Saves lots of time going to/from restaurants which can be time consuming in the bad traffic. Three suggestions for improvement... (1) include restaurant review / rating system based on user experience (2) implement push alerts and delivery tracking, similar to Food Panda (3) enable bank account or credit card linkage for ease of online payment.

Outdated menu, slow and unreliable
Menus are never up to date, after placing an order they will call you back 20 mins later to tell you that the food you ordered is no longer available, and that they try to blame on the restaurants. No sense of responsibility of their service they provide, Songo should be the one communicating with their contractors (restaurants) and keep on top of what menus need updating on THEIR app instead of blaming restaurants that they didn’t inform them of changes. Be prepared to wait for your order up to 3 hours, the time they show as “delivery time” is definitely not accurate. Unreliable and rude service (admin on the phone).
