Can you fix the tutorial glitch?
So so this day, like this date it for some reason like I accidentally out of the app and I only asked on the app and I was gonna get back on it cause I was like wanting to play it right then I realize it restarted me and it said here’s the tutorial so song pop will you please fix that glitch but I’m not saying it’s a bad app it’s an amazing app. It’s so fun and I love the kids TV playlist cause I am a really big fan of Steven universe not really like a big fan but though I still like the show cause I’ve watched it

Data transfer does not work.

Let me explain why 2 stars first whenever I get a high school then exit then go back it resets my data and I find it very annoying as well as I liked some songs that I never liked.
Will not work on AppleTV Arcade
I have installed, reinstalled, restarted Apple TV, and forgotten and reconnected to WiFi, multiple times…
Yet the Arcade App shows it odd not connected to network…
All the while, Apple Music, Apple TV, and other Apple Arcade games work and stream without issue…
There is a bug in this version for Apple TV Arcade!

This was one of my favorate games on my computer but then, IT DELETED ALL OF MY DATA!!! if it did not do that then this would be a five star rating but I am very critical with my reviews ant this is a 0 star game

Please add an artist category for The Wiggles
They have songs already in some of the family categories. It’d be nice to see them get a full category for themselves like Kidz Bop and Sesame Street have. I’m happy The Wiggles are here in general though.
Love it but I would like
It would be absolutely amazing if you added an Alex warren playlist or a benson Boone or a Eurovision playlist if you added the the game would be absolutely perfect and I’m sure other people will agree
Never saves
Used to love this game, however now has stopped saving any progress I have made and resets like I am a new user. It doesn’t even matter if you backup it yourself, still resets. It’s frustrating having to start from the beginning every time.

Your progress doesn’t save .. so have to start new everyday. Would be nice if the rewards or progress was saved when you log in. I have had to do a tutorial any time I reopen the game and I find it frustrating..

Somewhat fun but difficult to close
This app doesn’t close when you swipe up like other apps. So you get stuck in it and have to use siri to escape
No Help for Progress Lost
I have emailed support twice with no response over the lost progress I’ve experienced with this game. A quick google shows that it’s a common issue. If iCloud fails to load properly, it seems that the save file is reset back to zero and all keys and characters are lost. I would really love a response from the developer with a way to fix this issue in an otherwise entertaining game. How can you have timed challenges with a problem like this?
