Annoying and painful
You can use to annoy pets or people, but if you really want to torture someone trick them into listening to it with full volume and headphones. I accidentally did this and it was like a knife going in my ears. After my ears stopped ringing, my throat started to tingle. I have a headache because I did it about a minute ago.

What most of the people giving bad reviews don't realize is two things:
1) if the phone is on vibrate mode, it won't play any sounds (and yes, people are saying that)
2) if you turn of wi-fi, and I have tested it with this app, you will have a major decrease in ads popping up. And just in case, turn off your cellular data too.
