Falta de empatia e desrespeito ao consumidor! Não recomendo.
Tive um sério problema com uma compra realizada de forma totalmente indevida por uma criança no aplicativo. Assim que percebi o erro, entrei em contato imediatamente com o suporte para explicar a situação e solicitar o cancelamento e o reembolso, já que o serviço sequer foi utilizado. Para a minha surpresa, a loja se recusa a estornar o valor, agindo com total falta de flexibilidade e ignorando o Código de Defesa do Consumidor (que garante o direito de arrependimento para compras online em até 7 dias). O atendimento pós-venda é péssimo e não demonstra o menor interesse em resolver o problema de forma justa. Fica o alerta para outros pais e clientes: se precisarem de suporte ou de uma postura idônea da empresa, não terão. Não volto a fazer negócio.

Great app but continual outages
Loved this app when it would work. Multiple times a day or days in a row the server would be down or something would happen and the app would not have my baby’s profile even after multiple logins. Unfortunately I had to cancel my subscription and use a different tracking app after 5 months because I could not recover any data by login or otherwise.

Never pay for this
App will crash and not let log back into it. Don’t waste money on it, there are better ones out there.

It’s a very good tracking app that has a lot of different features. I’ve been using the app for a little over a month and it’s amazing! It ducks you have to pay a subscription but it’s worth it in my opinion. We use the app for everything, highly recommended!!

You have to buy the trial just to log in everything. Not very helpful to people that are just trying to track their baby.
