False Advertising
Lynx should take down every video they have that promotes the app with their smoker. It’s a pain to hound Lynx customer service to send you your confirmation email which took a month for me! I have never been able to stay connected to the smoker through a whole smoke session. App is garbage and Lynx should stop false advertising the app!

App doesn’t connect with my devices!
The smoker is a big, solid, 500 lb rock, but sadly, this app is a piece of $&#t! Setting up the smoker is a snap, then you download the app to connect the smoker to your wifi, allowing for all the advertised flexibility, recipes, and remote control of the smoker. But…you have to set up an account with Lynx to do so, finishing with a “confirmatory email” from Lynx to finalize the app set up. Two months in, and I’m still waiting for the “confirmatory” email! Lynx support, and their Middleby owners/gatekeepers, are unable/unwilling to help. I’m guessing their app developer has been let go, so there is zero app support. Luckily, the smoker can work in manual mode, but none of the flexibility and remote control works without the app. FYI, I have iOS tech in multiple generations, so the problem isn’t version-related.

$3k for a grill and they can’t update sw??!
Seriously, they charge top dollar for their excellent grills but you have the worst software! Perhaps you could get some real software developers instead of having the welder do software part time! Haven’t updated this crap software for 2 years!!! WTH? It’s complete garbage. Can’t adjust temp from the software, need to do that on the grill. Clunky, junky, crapware!!!! Please decide to create a real app and get this updated and more functional.
PS. I own two of your grills and have close to 8k in Lund products to I am a fan but this software is just junk. Get a developer!!
