WARNING!!! DOWNLOADED THIS INCOMPARABLE APP AND I GOT CHARGED IMMEDIATELY!!!
I downloaded this app for my old Sonos speaker and immediately realized that it was the wrong app. It was completely incompatible with my old Sonos speaker. I deleted the app immediately and canceled the “subscription” that I didn’t even know existed but a week or so later I was charged $33.59. I requested a refund through Apple and spoke with Apple customer service to report this issue and I have to wait 24-48 hours for a decision on the refund request. If I don’t get it I’ll be beyond angry because I wasn’t supposed to be charged. I am in the process of purchasing a new Sonos Soundbar and speaker but I will no longer be purchasing any of their products since you have to pay a fee just to use an app that is necessary to operate their products. This is a scam so beware of this and DO NOT download this app or buy any Sonos products.
Update: Apple turned down my request for a refund without any explanation. They simply said “Not eligible for a refund”. That’s it! I told them to review the decision. They better refund my money or I’m coming after you Sonos! You just lost a customer. I was just about to spend over $3000 on some new Sonos products but not anymore, I just canceled my order. I don’t appreciate being ripped off!!! 😡😡😡
