This app does not work i cant get into my interview . When i contacted sonru they cant help me
Be prepared for less than optimal process/interview
Despite all the conclusive technical tests- bandwidth, audio, video - the connection did not work on my compagnie laptop - the same for which I was doing the interview.
Reason obtained from technical support: Better use your personal device/network as Companies, University, Government etc provided laptop and network have issues connecting.
Unfortunately this information was not provided prior. Provided only after 1.30 hour of several tests and of seeking technical support.

Doesn’t work on mobile device with headphones
This app does not work on a mobile device with headphones. The audio does not record
Horrible
Not designed to be used with a computer. Interview process is stressful and not user friendly. Would not recommend to any HR department.
Activation code
Just try to be a bit customer centric. We know you have got the project, but have you informed the person who is being interviewed where to find the activation key? I have checked all emails and mobile numbers but cannot find the activation key.
Awful
Asks me for activation code from email without even asking for my email. So I can’t even get into the app.

The app crashes straight after I login into the interview video

App is awful. Crashed ever single time. Meaning I missed a interview. Awful
Waste of time
This software is horrible. You make one mistake there’s no option to double back and re-record. Definitely won’t get that job now. Thanks.

This app crashes during your interview on the last question, which is the absolute worst feeling and incredibly distressing
Great little app except it crashes.
Keeps crashing after submit the last question. Have tried a number of times and reloaded the app. The Sonru helpdesk says version 3.5 is the latest and it fixed the bug that crashes the app. Appears it hasn’t. Only downloaded the app for the first time ever last Thursday anyway.
I can’t answer the interview.
I was given an online interview where I had to answer questions and record them. This app crashed three times in a row because I could not get past question 2.
I went back on and, as a goof, said nothing as my answer. Of course that was the only one that passed. So my answer for question 2 is literally me staring at the wall and pressing the done button.

Moderate but not to rely upon
This app crushes when i was doing my interview and when i open it again it just went to the next question without completing the question i was doing 😡😡😡😡
Very user friendly
Easy to use, simple instructions. One negative, the text is very small. At least make the interview questions text larger because I have poor vision and kept having to move my phone close to my face to read the questions then move it back to be in view of the camera.
