Unable to connect
Auto play always redirects me to App Store, and not connecting with my Headphones connect app
Feedback for locations
It would be a lot more helpful and make more sense if you included a search when registering locations. Right now, you have to look and move all over google maps. This is difficult when you’re not already at the location to register it, and you want to just add it as one of your locations in advance. App settings/locations needs to be able to sync between devices like the headphones connect app.

Does not have shuffle option
When selecting my own music from songs or playlists , it would be helpful to have a shuffle option instead of playing songs one after another alphabetically.

Sony is always rolling out some of the industry’s best technologies and designs and it’s clearly to enhance their user experience. Sony outshines the others in this category and these latest functionalities, like the ability to cancel notifications midway via touching & holding onto the right ear, or even the starting replay when earbuds are won, are just some of the latest in Sony’s arsenal of improvements thus far in 2024! I certainly can’t wait to completely immerse myself by automating my own experiences around Sony’s latest and greatest tech roll outs! BRAVO TO TEAM SONY!

Doesn’t support Tidal
Prompted to install it via the Sony App for my XM5’s but don’t support Tidal which is used for 360 audio. Pity it looks useful!
Can’t get past the Calendar set-up
Would like to try this app but can’t get past the calendar set-up before the app crashes. Tried 5 times.
Crashes During Sign Up
The app seems to have issues when trying to register for the first time. When you get to the calendar portion of the sign up, no matter what you do, it’ll crash preventing signing up and having you continue the cycle

App shuts off on skipping the calander page and won’t finish registration. I’ve tried everything faq page says

I guess night time workers don’t exist????
Why have I not been able to use this app? Well because some developer hasn’t figured out that not everyone has a day job. If I start at 8pm there’s no way I could end work at 2 am. Fix this
Good start
Works well with what I’ve tried so far. App is well laid out and intuitive. Would like more options for time periods, e.g. play a chillout playlist when I go to bed. Also options for what to play from Apple Music seem very limited (made for you / top playlists). Would like to see more options here if possible

Puts Sony on par with Apple in terms of integration!
I’m loving the effort Sony is putting into their software recently! I Got their linkbuds about a year ago and I’m still receiving new features and ways to enjoy them.
Buying a pair of AirPods might get you touch controls, Siri integration and the ability to hear notifications but since this app came (in conjunction with the headphones connect app) out, linkbuds (and by extension the new XM5’s) now have an edge.
Speak to chat, adaptive audio control, equalisers, the ability for your headphones to start playing different music at different times of day depending on location, movement and CALENDAR EVENTS.
Sony is offering better software through a THIED PARTY APP than Apple does with AirPods AND THEY MADE THE PHONE YOU'RE USING WITH THEM.
The only think I could think to ask is that we get some type of head tracked special audio for the linkbuds or even the new XM5’s if they have the hardware for it.

stress reliever
the app is very helpful as it works even in the background. it’s awesome i don’t have to touch my phone at all to hear music because i want to reduce my screen time to reduce stress.
music starts just by putting my earbuds on, or at times when i was not listening to music but would prefer to - like when i stand up to walk to cafeteria after the class.

Trash.
The app doesn’t even work in the background. Why would I need an app to even get auto play to work. Get up to the times Sony, Apple has auto play when you put the headphones on. Why on earth do I need an app to edit your headphones.
