I can import videos from the app instead of opening the files app
Holy - no camera app is easier to connect with and use, so convenient
Absolutely atrocious app. Super buggy, constantly disconnecting from my camera, extremely limited utility, slow to connect, jumpy and delayed. I just can’t believe you could even put an app out this bad, I hope they see this and try to improve because it’s laughably bad.
The app works very well, but I only use it to control my camera and import my pictures, and I can’t tell you how many times I’m in the field and just want to do this, and I have to sign in again, and agree to some new policy, which is really a bad time to have to do this.
App gives generic error message when attempting to create account - server down?
Brand new to photography and videography and this app makes it easy and efficient.
It’s connected but can’t connect. Using Bluetooth and WiFi, but seems to want to connect to camera via WiFi directly and via lan WiFi at same time. Nothing is helped by menus being wrong for my camera and even their pictographics show the wrong camera - it looks like a c model , not a full sized A7V as indicated by model number.

This app shuts down the memory mode dial. Huge bug. I’ve used this app in the past and it’s always worked fairly well. When using Wi-Fi generally there was pretty poor lag. Couldn’t really trust it to keep up. I was pretty excited to use it with my A7V as it has a dedicated USB-C with high data transfer rates. But, when I connect both Wi-Fi or cable the mode dial on my camera stops working so if I wanna go to my memory number two from memory number one, I have to disconnect the USB-C. Pretty serious bug.

The Sony Creators' app is an excellent application with a lot of potential for content creators and hobbyists alike. When paired with the Sony A6700, the wireless connectivity and remote functionality work amazingly well. Unfortunately, the overall experience is severely held back by persistent and frustrating login challenges. If Sony streamlines the account authentication process, this could easily become a five-star app.

I love how easy the app makes it to transfer files
Sony makes great cameras and trash apps. This is so bad. It’s ridiculously terrible.
Why can't they just make it a bit more simple. Slow AF. Bugs like crazy. I need to spend 10 mins with chat gpt to figure out import.
Every single time I try to use it drops the connection.
Needs to support most Sony cameras even older models. If you’re going to phase out the old app then please give us the option to use this app.
5 mins to access the account… crazy stuff
Was working fine before what I assume what the last update. Now I can’t access remote shooting when i need it. Great 👍🏻
cant use without login
Constant problems with connecting to camera after several times. Need to reinstall each time. Sony fix the app finally, whom do I send crash reports each time?!
it was always great until the app stopped opening about a week ago
I can’t imagine anyone in product design ever used a modern iPhone or Android to design this app. If you need your use it; you’ll spend 50 minutes of every hour just trying to get it to work. For such amazing hardware, it’s a massive failure when they designed the functionality of this app.
