Clear and easy to use. Able to transfer my existing music seamlessly. Has detailed song information including bit rate and codecs. Shame can no longer buy music direct from Sony as in the past i.e. Music unlimited.
Doesn’t work at all
Not sure if it is the app or the receiver but I can never get the app to work. I have to go into network settings and reconnect to the network and it will work for a few days and then stops.

It’s near impossible to traverse through the menu -plus it looks horrible- and the app hardly lets you customize the audio levels to your liking just get JBL instead it’s much better

Simple Effective
Been using the Sony Music Center for a few years now with my SRS-XB32 speaker. The speaker is GREAT, the app is simple and solid. I mostly use it for the sound preferences and lighting effects.

my radio head unit used to display song names from youtube music. then one day it just stopped. now it just says “bta (and some random song time counter that sometimes is hours long)”
downloaded this app thinkimg maybe i might be able to enable some hidden setting.
straight downgrade. not only was there no hidden settings to enable to get song titles on screen again but now the screen just flashes “YOUTUBE MUSI” on screen which is super annoying while driving.
sony fell off a cliff. used to only ever buy sony head units, i’ve gone through every new model of the same line. MEX-N5100BT, MEX-N5200BT, and now MEX-N5300BT and there is a severe falloff in quality from 5200 to 5300.
i no longer have an excuse to buy ANY sony products at this point.
