About
Soodal keeps the record for your student organization. Who read the notice. Who owns the task. Where the money went.
Built for student councils, clubs, and campus organizations that have outgrown a group chat and a shared spreadsheet.
ANNOUNCEMENTS THAT DO NOT GET LOST
• Post to the whole organization or to a single team
• Mark a notice as required and ask each person to confirm it
• See exactly who has read it and who has not
• Send a reminder to only the people still missing
WORK WITH ONE CLEAR OWNER
• Every task has one owner, one due date, one status
• Leaders assign work, members break it into subtasks, progress rolls back up
• Comments and a full activity log on every task
• Filter by status, sort by due date or priority, search across everything
MEETINGS THAT LEAD SOMEWHERE
• Agenda, attendance, and notes in one place
• Turn action items into assigned tasks before everyone leaves the room
• Link the tasks a meeting created back to that meeting
• See everything scheduled in one calendar
A LEDGER THE NEXT TREASURER CAN TRUST
• Record income and spending in KRW or USD
• Attach the receipt photo or PDF to the entry it belongs to
• Set a budget and watch the spending against it
• Receipts open only for the people who can see the ledger
• A deleted entry stays recoverable for 30 days
EVERYTHING ELSE YOU RUN
• Teams and members, with role names you choose
• Shared files for the whole organization
• Read and completion analytics
• An audit log of who changed what
• Push notifications for anything that needs a reply
• English and Korean, light and dark
You can delete your account and its data from Settings at any time.

What's New in Soodal
1.0.4
October 5, 2026
• Another cause of being signed out unexpectedly is fixed. Your sign-in is now saved in one piece, so it can no longer be left half-stored and dropped the next time you open the app. • Ticking off your own task now works. It sends the task for review, the way it already does on the web, instead of failing. • Fixed actions that appeared available and then refused — completing a task, deleting a task or meeting, and removing someone from a meeting. Some of these also stayed hidden from people who were allowed to use them.
