Soona: Breakup & Self Care

Soona keeps you company through the time after a breakup. Quietly, privately, at your own pace. YOUR GOALS COME FIRST You start by writing down what matters to you right now. Maybe you want to sleep better, trust yourself again, or simply reach for your phone less often. Your goals shape the path ahead. A 30-DAY PATH Each day brings one small exercise that fits the goals you chose. None of it takes long. Check off what you managed, and see how far you have come at a glance. SOMETHING GROWS WITH YOU Pick a companion: a tree, a flower or a butterfly. Over 180 calendar days it keeps developing, day after day, all on its own. There is nothing to water and nothing to lose. It simply grows, the way you do. ROOM FOR YOUR THOUGHTS The journal is where everything is allowed, unfiltered. You can also note how you are feeling today. Your entries stay on your iPhone. BREATHE FIRST, THEN WRITE When you are about to send a message you might regret tomorrow, Soona gently slows you down. A moment to breathe before you decide. ON YOUR HOME SCREEN The widget shows your companion and the day you are on, without opening the app. PRIVATE Soona needs no separate account. An internet connection is needed to purchase, restore and verify subscriptions. Your goals, your entries and your moods stay on your device. Soona is a self-care app. It is not therapy and it does not replace professional help. If you are struggling badly, please reach out to a doctor or a counselling service. SUBSCRIPTION An active subscription is required to access the app after onboarding. Monthly or yearly; the exact price is shown before purchase. Automatically renews until cancelled in Apple subscription settings. Apple and RevenueCat process purchase data; your personal writing stays on your device. SUBSCRIPTION, LENGTH AND PRICE Monthly plan: 1 month. Annual plan: 1 year. Both unlock the same full app, and the exact price for your region is shown before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel any time in your Apple subscription settings.
