Won’t let me log in or sign up!!
The app doesn’t let me log in or sign up for a new account. It logged me out and I reinstalled it then saw it changed to Sooqista, but it still wouldn’t work for me. I’ve been wanting to use this app for months. I have no idea what’s going on!

I have no idea why this website was turned into an app. I downloaded it and tried to log in but because I had bought something before I already had an account.

I love the concept but....
I love the concept of the app but it's incredibly slow and just takes forever to load. I definitely won't continue using it nor will I recommend it to anyone else unless something is done about this issue

Uncreative and Unimpressive
The first issue I have with the app is that it rarely stays open more than 2 or 3 minutes without crashing. When it does, it takes several minutes to load one page or one item. This is on a perfectly normal, recently updated phone.
Secondly, this app is essentially just a carbon copy of Depop/Poshmark under the guise that it's "for Muslims". Personally, as a Muslim, I've had no problems using regular shopping apps. I'm not sure how making the app "Muslim exclusive" is beneficial on any way as almost everyone on the app already has a Depop account (or online store, in many cases) where they're selling the exact same items.
The feature that's supposed to separate this app from Depop/Poshmark is the Tinder-like like or skip on your homepage. I really struggle to see the point here... the clothes that show up aren't things I'm interested in and are rarely the right size. I really feel like it's an unnecessary addition meant to make the app "unique".

Coolest app in store. I love how I can buy any item I like up front! I had a problem in the beginning and customer service was very helpful and patient with me until it was resolved! Highly recommend!

Best. Idea. Ever.
I'd first like to start out by thank Yousuf and Nour for creating this app. It's an astounding idea. As a Muslim shopper, who usually shops on etsy or depop, it's hard for me to find modest clothing or anything halal online without being charged a box zillion bucks. I love that I can make an honest living by selling and buying from honest hard working people on the Souqina app. It's not even an exclusive app, non-Muslims can use it as well and get introduced to the truer side of Islam by meeting the best people in the community. Keep up the good work! And to whoever is reading this, USE THE APP.
