I love soothe note
I love the story about soothe note, who built it and why is very touching. The app really helps me keep track of everything I used to use apps like M Chart I ended up converted to soothe note though.

Health Hub appt dates do not match
So far app seems the best and simple to track cancer symptoms. However the appointment dates in the “Health Hub” do not match the actual appointment dates entered under “Plan”. The Health Hub lists it a day prior instead. Please fix.
