Worst Experience
Placed an order for a Vans Soph shoe collab through the company and payment went smoothly through PayPal (this regretfully is the only smooth thing associated with them). They ship internationally from Japan so I knew the package would take a while especially since it was still in production, fast forward a couple of months and I’ve heard nothing from them. I asked where my tracking number was and sent a support email stating: “.We contacted you via email several times regarding payment of international shipping charges, but could not confirm your payment, so the storage deadline was exceeded and the items were disposed of.”
1. I was never contacted nor even updated on anything. Shifted through all my emails couldn’t even find one except from PayPal confirming they sent the payment.
2. I paid the international shipping charges that’s why I paid extra for shipping, the United States doesn’t even have import fees for small packages like this from my knowledge.
3. So because I couldn’t respond to a message they never sent they just threw away the item? Sounds like a complete waste, at least find a way to sell it instead of disposing it.
Doubt I’ll get a response but overall just a terrible experience. Not even gonna get started about the UI/UX of the app and how its like Netscape Navigator pop up ad. Really just disappointing cause I feel like I really would like some of their stuff.

あまり良くない
欲しいものリストとか見る時、アプリ立ち上げ毎にidパスワード求められる。
あとアプリ関係ないけどrealbristolのモデルがまあまあの確率でダサい。
少なくともフットボールの雰囲気出せるモデル使えよ、と思う。

表示速度
電子版カタログがあるのは大変ありがたいのですが，表示速度が遅く、閲覧できない状況であるので、改善をお願いします。

カタログを見たら、Homeに戻れない、使えない。
