They wont reply on your messages
I had a problem with the package I ordered, it didnt get delivered on the address I gave. I send them an email no reply and after a few days I send messages on fb and still no reply. I called UPS and filed a claim about it that the package didnt get to me and I wanted to let them know about it but I didnt received no replies from them. It was terrible. Finally, after 2 weeks from ordering, i get the package and was relieved. I told them that I finally received the package and yet they never took the time to read any of my messages. Terrible

I always ordered on this online store and they delivered me a wrong items and so i messaged them on facebook but they dont respond anymore, i like to shop here but after this incident i doubt i will
