Perks massively devalued and previous loyalty status lost
A new version of the app came and previous top tier status for loyal customer were deleted. The new tiers and point perks are 10 times less valuable. There are no rewards unless you spend $1,000, offering a mere 1% compared to the previous program that was more generous. It is disappointing and no longer differentiating, the new version of the app does not make it worth having.
