First of all, we're sorry for your negative experience. Our team has determined that your refund request has been approved by Apple, and we'd like to inform you that we will not block the tokens assigned to your account for customer satisfaction. We must clarify that there are no "unlimited" packages in our app. We offer weekly, monthly, and annual subscriptions. Depending on your chosen subscription type, a certain amount of in-app tokens is automatically assigned to your account, which you can spend at any time. After completing a subscription, as long as you haven't exhausted your tokens, all models in the app will work seamlessly, and you won't be asked for any additional payments. You won't be deducted from your account for any requests you receive an error or that fail to reach. Another point we'd like to point out is that it's perfectly normal to receive errors if the images you're trying to generate contain child/baby photos, or requests that could be considered "NSFW," sexually explicit, or that the algorithm might interpret as such.
